Your enthusiasm in marketing was wonderful! This was a unique and difficult property to sell. As offers came in you were both super in handling difficulties and advising us. There were several quick changes/adjustments which also happened. You were both great at adapting quickly and being flexible. You are a wonderful team and an asset to the area.
