This weekend we showed several properties to buyers in the beach community of Naples Park. We looked at properties in the $550k to $600k price range. Oh yea, it’s that much and more!

Most people might think that they would see some basic similarities with homes in that price range. For example they might expect to see homes with similar floor plans, nice landscaping, and most in generally good condition. I got to tell you they were surprised. The one thing these homes all had in common was that you can walk or bike to the beach from each of them. That’s the location, location part! And that’s what Naples Park is all about.

Our buyers soon realized there were a wide variety of houses in this community each with its own flavor and personality. Some appeared to be neglected, overpriced properties that needed cleaning & fixing up. Some were dated, very clean, and well maintained by their original owners. Some were painted and updated but with less than acceptable workmanship. Then there were a couple of true jewels that seemed to be professionally remodeled and looked simply fantastic. That’s the mixed bag part! And that’s what Naples Park is all about.
